We are a diverse group of passionate professionals committed to revolutionizing the live entertainment industry. Our team brings together a wealth of experience and expertise, working collaboratively to drive our mission forward.

Founded in 2021 by Jessica Lemmon, The Lemmon Foundation was born from a deep understanding of the challenges faced by live entertainment professionals. Jessica’s extensive experience in the industry highlighted the urgent need for a supportive community and accessible resources. Today, we continue to build on this vision, creating innovative solutions and fostering a vibrant community of professionals dedicated to making a positive impact.
