THE LEMMON STAGE RETURNS MARCH 15TH
Did you miss us? Well we sure missed you!! As reopening continues nationwide, we’re gearing up to bring you the very best in Canadian emerging talent at Toronto’s iconic El Mocambo. With all that extra time we’ve been able to put together some stellar programming for you, you don’t want to miss these shows!
Our spotlight artist March 15th is none other than CARYS! Her single, “Princesses Don’t Cry” garnered 400 million streams across all platforms, a whopping 1.4 million videos have been created using “Princesses Don’t Cry” on TikTok AND she was named JUNO Awards’ Rising artist in 2021.
TRP.P will also grace the Lemmon Stage March 15th. Their debut album, 2TRP.P was named “10th Best Toronto Album of 2019 ” by NOW Magazine. In February 2020, they performed at the
20th annual Toronto’s Wavelength Winter Festival.
Experimental Pop artist Ceréna hits the Lemmon Stage for our March 15th show. She received a JUNO nomination for Dance Recording of the Year 2022 and Experimental Dance-Pop Artist. She also Co-founded Club Quarantine–digital dance party that supports and uplifts QTBIPOC artists–that has hosted Lady Gaga, Laverne Cox & Tove Lo.
From backyard garage rehearsals in Toronto’s Annex neighbourhood to playing the prestigious Spring Scream Festival (2018) in Taiwan, Neon Bloom are a tour de force. Their singles, “Lighten Up” and “It’s A Crime” have garnered radio play by the Edge 102 Radio Show, Indie 88, Stingray, CBC Radio 3.91 XFM Alt, etc) and features by Global, FYI Music News, Montreal Rocks, and more.
